SIMPLE TIPS FOR A COSY CHRISTMAS
Many people may find it difficult to decorate for Christmas. The Santas and all the red colours may sometimes not work very well with the rest of the decorations at home. Our tip is then to bring nature indoors and take advantage of what you have close at hand. Create a simple, but at the same time a stylish and cozy Christmas.
BRING NATURE INDOORS
An easy way to create a pleasant feeling in the room is to take something from nature indoors. Take, for example, a twig and let it speak for itself. Nothing is more beautiful than bringing the vegetation of different seasons into your home.
LIGHT CANDLES
Something that creates a stylish and cozy feeling is candlelight. Candles are available in all different shapes and sizes, but usually the simple chandelier is most atmospheric.
TABLE SETTING DETAILS
During Christmas time, a lot is about spending time with family and friends and there are often a number of dinners. When setting the table for a dinner party, it's about creating a pleasant feeling. Then think again simplicity. Bring in twigs from nature, add some Christmas balls, or make new cloth napkins from something you already have at home. Last but not least, it can be nice to create a table placement looking like a Christmas gift. Wrap with a neutral paper and use a string that you like that works with the rest of the table setting.
CHRISTMAS TREE
The Christmas tree is a safe card to create a cozy Christmas. Whether it is a Christmas tree directly from nature or an artificial tree is entirely up to you, but if you have the opportunity to have Christmas tree, it is often a mood booster that creates a cozy Christmas feeling. Decorate it with what you like best, but it does not have to be too much because the Christmas tree is often nice in itself.
