COMPLAINTS FOR RETAILERS

Here you will find information for retailers regarding complaints. Please follow the procedures to submit your cases.

HOW TO REPORT A COMPLAINT:

1. Report the complaint by e-mail to aftersales@rowico.com.

2. Always provide customer number and invoice number. The more information the faster handling process. It is a requirement to also attach pictures.

  • One picture of the product error
  • One picture of the whole furniture
  • One picture of the product stamp (is placed underneath or at the back of the furniture).
