HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FURNITURE WITH ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

Artificial leather consists of textile that has been dyed and coated with layers of polyurethane (abbreviated PU).

  • Clean regularly with mild soapy water using a microfibre cloth or alternatively a soft brush, then wipe off with a dry cloth. 

  • Treat the furniture 2-4 times per year or as needed with a furniture care product intended for artificial leather and follow the instructions from the respective furniture care supplier. 

  • Screws and fittings should be checked at regular intervals to ensure that they are properly tightened.

GOOD TO KEEP IN MIND IN EVERYDAY USE

  • Our furniture is intended for indoor use only.
  • Always protect the furniture from sharp, hot objects, strong solvents and moisture. All types of liquids, such as water, coffee and wine, must be wiped off immediately.
  • Protect the furniture from fat, salts, fried food and food residues.
  • Do not place the furniture against or near a heat source.
  • Do not use strong chemicals, alcohol or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the surface.
  • Do not use cleaning agents or maintenance products for leather.
 

WHEN THE FURNITURE IS NO LONGER IN USE

Donate, sell or recycle the product in accordance with local guidelines when you no longer need it. In this way, you help reduce waste and extend the product’s lifespan.

The packaging material is sorted as plastic, cardboard, wood or paper.
