WHISTLEBLOWER SERVICE FOR ROWICO HOME

Rowico Home is committed to a transparent and safe work environment. Whistleblowing means reporting work-related misconduct or issues that have caused or may cause serious harm to the company and/or its stakeholders.

WHO CAN REPORT?

You can report misconduct in accordance with our whistleblower policy if you are an employee, consultant, intern, supplier, or otherwise have a relationship with the company.

Our whistleblower service is intended for reporting matters of public interest, such as:

  • Discrimination, harassment, and human rights violations
  • Corruption and financial irregularities
  • Workplace safety issues and security deficiencies
  • Criminal activities and environmental crimes
  • Other unethical behavior or attempts to conceal such misconduct

If an employee has reasonable grounds to suspect misconduct or violations, the matter should primarily be reported to the immediate supervisor, their superior, or the HR department for further handling. If this is not possible due to the nature of the misconduct or if the provided information is ignored, our whistleblower function should be used.

HOW TO REPORT:

You can report in writing through our whistleblower tool. If you prefer to report verbally, you can attach an audio file to the tool or request a meeting with a case handler. You have the option to report anonymously, but you can also choose to disclose your identity – in this case, your information will be handled with strict confidentiality.

Please describe the case as thoroughly as possible to facilitate assessment and further processing.

Once you have submitted your report, you will receive a code. Keep this code to track the status and feedback of your case.

The whistleblower will receive confirmation of receipt within 7 days. During the investigation, the whistleblower will be informed that an inquiry has been initiated, what actions are taken as a result of the report, and the reasons for these actions, no later than 3 months.

PROTECTION FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS

Rowico Home does not tolerate discrimination, punishment, or harassment of anyone reporting misconduct in accordance with this policy. It is strictly prohibited to subject a whistleblower to negative consequences as a result of a report.

We process personal data to investigate and take action against misconduct (if personal data has been provided). Personal data is handled only by the designated case manager in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
